This is the web site of the Danish Demographic Society. The information is primarily in Danish.

The Danish Demographic Association was founded in 1972.

After being inactive for the last couple of years, the Danish Demographic Society is relaunched with a new board of members coming from academia, statistical office (Statistics Denmark) and the industry. Our intent is to bring together people in Denmark interested in various aspects of population dynamics, foster a policy relevant debate, and strengthen the ties with our partners in the Nordic Demographic Association.

To become a member, please email to info@demografi.dk. The membership fee for 2024 is

• 300 DKK for regular members and
• 150 DKK for students and pensioners.

Become a member by paying DKK 300 for an ordinary membership, or DKK 150 for a student or pensioner membership.

The Danish Demographic Society will offer regular seminars in hybrid format and one workshop per year in presence. In 2025 the Society plans to organize the Nordic Demographic Symposium.
