CPop Demographic Research Seminars
Members of the Danish Demographic Society are welcome to attend CPop Research Seminars, that are held in hybrid form. The Research Seminars at the Interdisciplinary Centre on Population Dynamics (CPop) provide a lively forum for scholars from across the university to discuss in-progress research on social, cultural, biological, epidemiological, and demographic aspects of ageing, longevity, inequalities and related issues both for human and non-human populations.
The CPop Research Seminars welcome presentations on a wide variety of topics across disciplines including biodemography, conservation demography, health economics, epidemiology and public health issues, literary studies, welfare state studies and comparative politics. The long-term goal is to cultivate a broad and interdisciplinary forum for discussion and research advancement into causes and consequences of ageing.
The seminars usually occur on Tuesdays, 13:00 to 14:00 CET. They are geared towards researchers, PhD students and other interested audience across disciplines in Denmark, from inside or outside of the University of Southern Denmark, and internationally. Information and registration for the seminars at CPop website.
